What we collect

We collect the account details you provide when you sign up (email address, and name and avatar if you use Google sign-in), and the content of the decisions and conversations you create in ThatEcho.

How we use it

Your content is used to operate the service: to generate responses, to save your decision history, and to show it back to you. Decision content is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your response. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage and access

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so each account can only read and write its own records. Access is limited to what is required to run and support the service.

Analytics

When enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as page views and feature adoption. Analytics never receives the content of your decisions.

Your choices

You can delete individual decisions at any time from your dashboard, and request full account deletion by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your decisions and messages.
